We had the pleasure of working with Claire and her team at On The Level to deliver a series of five diverse training sessions, all of which were held online. From ‘Active Bystander Interventions’ to ‘Becoming a Menopause Friendly Employer’, each course was thoughtfully designed and expertly delivered to meet the specific needs of our organisation.
On The Level’s ability to tailor the content and make it relevant to our teams was exceptional, especially with the ‘Leadership for Ethnic Minority Leaders’ and ‘Overcoming Barriers to Career Development from a Queer Perspective’ sessions, which had a lasting impact on our attendees. The feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive, with many highlighting how empowering and practical the training was.
We’re currently looking at more courses, to be delivered in person this time, and I’m confident they will be just as impactful.
