Designing & delivering an impactful Leaders Network
These pillars bring together networking opportunities through bi-monthly Leaders’ Lunches, with talks from high profile business leaders; high quality director level training, and opportunities for leaders to improve their own impact and networks.
This programme has been very successful for the Chamber, generating new interest and involvement from senior leaders, and a good profit from the director training.
On The Level was commissioned by GM Chamber of Commerce to encourage more director and senior level business people to engage with the Chamber. We recognised that existing membership activity was missing some of the leadership audience, and set out to create something new.
We designed, built, launched and run a Leaders’ Network, focused on three pillars - Connectivity, Professional Development and Impact.
