Leading interviews and focus groups of staff, service users and volunteers for a Manchester-based charity
On The Level was commissioned by Phoenix Digital to support its work with Manchester HIV charity George House Trust.
In partnership with Phoenix Digital, we designed and led a comprehensive research programme across staff, service users, volunteers and non-service users to guide strategic direction for digital development and transformation for George House Trust.
The project included 121 interviews with staff. online and in-person focus groups with service users from different demographics, and an online survey of non-service users.
The result was a comprehensive report which we presented to the Board of Trustees, recommending work be undertaken across the website, CRM, communications channels and AI.
